I've booked my appointment, now what?
Please refer to the service pre & post care information in the drop down menu. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I can be reached through "Let's Chat" at the bottom of the page, by email or phone. I may be with a client, but will get back to you as soon as I possibly can!
Can I book a consultation prior to booking an appointment?
Absolutely! You are more than welcomed to come for a consultation appointment prior to booking an appointment for any service. We will have an opportunity to meet and see the space in which my Lash & Sugaring services are held. During this time I can review the procedure with you & address any questions or concerns you may have. There is an option in the Book Online section to choose a consult appointment, which is a free service!
Can I book multiple appointments back to back?
As long as you are okay lying on the massage table for as long as the services take, I do not oppose it! You will have to book one appointment at a time. Just select the immediate time following your first treatment. To ensure my appointments do not overlap, I allow a specific time in between each appointment. Don't worry, I will have you out the door sooner than the time allotted! If you prefer, you can always contact me directly to book for multiple appointments.
Why do I need to create a Login account?
Creating an account will allow you to re-book your appointment easily, reschedule or cancel your appointment. NOTE: If you would like to reschedule or cancel you need to click on the service title which will make these icons appear, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Cash and Debit, and may accept credit cards if needed.
Where can I park?
Please feel free to park in my driveway! No need to park on the street.
Do you guarantee your services?
I want all of my customers to be happy with the service I provided. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns. As long as you have followed the pre & post care instructions & reach out to me in a timely manner, I will always do my best to help you. All feedback is welcomed as it helps me grow as a business owner!
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! Sometime we all need to cancel or reschedule our appointments. I do require 24 hours advance notice. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Unless you are showing Covid-19 symptoms, in which case you will not be charged for any amount of your service. No shows will be charged the full amount and will be required to be paid prior to your next booking. I do recognize that sometimes a cancellation request it is out of your control and may make exceptions to the policy, please reach out to me and we can discuss.
